Yesterday I bought some pastels in the same spirit as when I bought my charcoal a few weeks ago; previously, I have hated both mediums.
Love and hate toe a very subtle boundary.
Both of those former hatreds came out of a frustration of not knowing how to really manipulate the medium; yay for progression on my behalf.
